Nite lite in bathroom burnt out. Checking filters in heater found the needed sqept because of all the fuzz and whatever else. No exhust in bathroom. The curtains not covering the windows by heat. We always stay at the Hamptons but now it seems to be gping downhill.

Property was great and was in a very convenient locations with all kinds of shopping and dining in the immediate area. The beds and the pillows left a lot to be desired though. Those were the only negatives for the stay for us

My stay was good. I would make some changes though. I thought I had a room with a tub, but it was only a shower. Their was no dresser, so I was living out of the suitcase. An area rug would be nice, when you get up in the morning, the floor was cold. The toilet paper holder needs to be changed, the roll kept falling off and that's not a good thing when you are sitting on the bowl.

Rooms were clean, breakfast was okayish. The hotel itself was a good clean place to spend the night, i have no complaints there. My only complaint was when the workers woke up my family at 8am. They were up and down the hall that morning. Laughing, dropping things, talking very loudly and squealing. I got frustrated but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, i opened the door and asked them if they could quiten down because my child was sleeping. One of them looked at me weird and said "mhm sure" then looked back at her coworkers and they all giggled. Not even 5 minutes later, they woke 4yo son up. We spent the night sunday so we could head to the zoo the following morning, which happened to be his birthday. It was frustrating that he was startled awake early when they could have simply respectful of the paying costumers trying to sleep at 8am. ,
