We decided to get away for weekend and had a lot of fun! We stayed in downtown Cincinnati and it was marvelous and safe !!

Disappointing

Showed up at 8 pm and was told room wasn't ready yet. Needed an extra place for fifth person to sleep. Was told they had no extra pillows or comforters and rollaway was not an option as person at front desk was apparently the only employee in the building?!?! This on a busy labor day weekend. Very disappointed with this Hilton property. Would but recommend.
