Upon check in our room was not ready as was the case wth several other guests, we ended up waiting around 40 minutes, the employees at the front desks were very friendly but seemed overwhelmed & confused by what was going on with the rooms & the software on the computer. I had a great stay at this hotel on Vine. The bed was incredibly comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day. A nice personal touch was turning on the TV and seeing “Welcome Alex” , it made the experience feel more thoughtful and welcoming. The complimentary breakfast was a highlight, with plenty of options to choose from and everything tasting fresh. The facility itself was very clean and had a classic, well-maintained feel that added to the overall comfort of the stay. Overall, a solid experience and I’d definitely stay here again.
