Great staff, room had a strange aroma and there were some cheezits on the floor near the bed . I understand things get missed though. Breakfast was good and again staff were great

This was the best Hotel stay I had in a while! From the check-in to the check-out process, it was seemless. The breakfast was and included a variety of food items. I can't remeber the last time I has a waffle for breakfast everyday. The front desk staff was exrtemely helpful. I wanted the heat in my room a little higher because I was experienceing cold chills and they came up right away to change it. P.S. all the room are set to go no higher than 75. So if you are a cold turkey, ask and you shall recieve. The room was spacious and very clean. I am the type of person to bring cleaning wipes with me. When i went to go use them, it was little to no dirt coming away form the surfaces. This hotel is extremely clean. The bedsheets were clean, airy and fresh smelling. The environment was quiet and I felt very safe being a solo traveler. Overall, I would recommend to anyone - 10/10/

The room and hotel were very clean. They had a good selection of hot and cold breakfast. It’s close to King’s Island, which was our destination. I will stay here again when visiting the area.
