My family and i was only here for one night and few hours . We had a very eary flight in the morning and was traveling with a toddler. Check-in was very easy and fast. Once we got to our room the room appeared to be ok. But about 20 minutes after being in our room little bugs started to come out. They were every where. The bed, walls, tables. My toddler who hates bugs was terrified. I went down stairs and told the employee at the front desk. He offered to change my room but told me this was a problem throughout the hotel . This wasn't mentioned to me when checking in. Or when making the reservation the night before. Before moving my family i went and looked at the new room. I didnt see any bugs so thought it was ok. At this point my family would only be here for maybe 5 hours. Once we moved all our things to the new room and got settled of course of course we saw a bug. My husband killed it but we got no sleep being on edge that a bug could come out and crawl on us or our things.

The room had bugs all over the pillows. When I reported to the front desk, all I was offered was me moving to another room, after I had unpacked everything. It was very inconvenient and felt something besides me being moved to another room at night after I was already dressed for bed, should have received at the least a discount on the room or no charge for a $7.50 bottle of water, that I purchased. Very inconsiderate.
