Room was spotless. Clerk at front desk was helpful getting us information on transportation for The Bengals/Bears game. Breakfast staff were very helpful and friendly gave me a tray to carry my breakfast and the breakfast area was super clean.

Stood in lobby for 25 minutes to get checked in as only one person was working and had an issue with a room, no biggie things happen but then get into room Barhroom was filthy it had dirt and sandy stuff all over the sink, floor and bathtub. The only thing clean was the beds. They were booked so they had no other room. He did send mainlands in to wipe it up! That morning bugs were crawling on the floor. All I got was sorry about that.

There were numerous stink bugs crawling on the walls & windows. We asked for a different room & were denied. All maintenance did was spray peppermint spray around the window & a/c. Tried to tell us the bugs come through the a/c because it is cold outside. It was almost 80 degrees. Found additional bugs crawling on our belongings when packing to leave. Breakfast has no seasoning. Very bland.
