The best Holiday Inn by far. The exceptional service provided by Amy was awesome. She provided a recommendation to park at the hotel while I took my trip, That worked out well. I was expected to return from my trip later in the evening which caused a slight issue with shuttle service. I didn't realize they didn't have shuttle service until 3:00 PM and I landed at 1:00 PM. I had to uber back to the hotel to pick up my car. Otherwise great service overall. Thanks

Clean nice place to stay - we went to perfect north to snowboard and used to stay in lawrenceburg but this place changed my mind about where to stay - lots of dumpy places to stay at in lawrencburg even the casino has went down - this place def better than everything near slopes

All the above! Room was clean, modern, spacious. The staff were incredible. Breakfast was amazing. The kids didn’t want to leave the pool the entire stay. You can tell the staff take pride in their place because it was immaculate.

The gym had a dumbell rack, a bike, a treadmill and an elliptical. This was ok. We had to modify our workout so that it only included these. The food was good not the best low carb options but they did have lactose free milk which was a huge plus for me and my kids. It is so hard to find hotels that accommodate different dietary needs. The room was about 88 degrees when we arrived, too hot. The temperature was about 34 degrees outside. It was very difficult to adjust the temperature in the room to our liking either too hot for my husband or too cold for me. The setup was a little weird. The heater/ A/C unit was right up against the bed. Two nights of our stay we had to sleep in separate beds because getting up at night is seriously difficult climbing down the bed to get up. Overall we were satisfied with our stay. It is cery close to the Creation Museum which was one of the reasons we stayed here.

Staff was very accomodating and friendly. Room was nice, but our bathroom door didn't latch, so we had to potty and shower with the door open and couldn't keep our toddler out of there.
