This is the only place I will stay in Cincinnati. I loved the decor, the restaurant, the smell- everything. Customer service has room for improvement. They weren’t unkind, just…blasé. I didn’t feel welcomed, but I wasn’t made to feel unwelcome. The bartender was great. Red hair, glasses. His service was exemplary.

Here is a clear, professional version you can use for a review or complaint message: ⸻ I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I paid $40 for valet parking at 6:30 AM, but there was no staff present to take my car. After waiting with my kids, I finally had to walk to the parking lot myself. It took about 15 minutes to find my car, and when I tried to exit, the gate was unattended as well. I waited another 15 minutes before anyone arrived. Staff finally showed up at 7:00 AM to open the gate for us because I did not have an access ticket. This caused a lot of unnecessary stress, especially because we had an important doctor’s appointment at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital and were traveling from out of town. The lack of service and communication was unbelievable. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
