This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath has quick access to the highway and within minutes of all the local attractions Cincinnati and No. Ky has to offer. Besides the three bedrooms, this home also has a pullout sofa, futon and blow up mattress if needed. This home is located within a couple minutes of Devou Park and Drees Pavilion, great home for a wedding party or family that comes in to town. You have access to a two car garage, driveway parking and plenty of street parking.
