We arrive at this hotel to find out there was no working pool. We were not informed the pool wasn’t working before our arrival. After checking into our first room it was a mess. The white bedding on both bed had many stains including mildew. There was a salt like substance all over the dressertop. The bath room was dirty. We were given a second room which was used and dirty. Our third room was the same as the first one, stained bedding, boogers on the wall and all in the sink, as if it was a sickness hideaway. Finally our fourth room was clean but the drawers on the dresser would not stay closed therefore we had to tape them closed to avoid running into them at night. The breakfast was okay the first morning but the second morning look as if it was all left over from the day before. Half of the food wasn’t out at 06:30 in the morning and the gravy definitely was diluted with too much water trying to save it from the prior morning. All in all, we will not be returning to this hotel due to the lack of cleanliness and discomfort.

Absolutely filthy room. When I arrived around 11pm exhausted from a 6 hour drive with a toddler. I walked into the hotel room that I was given and it had not even been cleaned yet. Go back to front desk. Apparently he gave us the wrong room. Them the room we actually booked that was supposedly clean was absolutely filthy. My daughter walked around the floors for about 30 minutes and her feet were black! They had wood floors that had looked like they have not been clean in awhile. There was dust and dirt in all the draws. Toilet had a leak. We had to wipe out feet with wipes before getting into bed each time because of how filthy the floor was. It was late at night so I didn’t go to front desk and was waiting till morning. I decided to cancel my other 2 days left in the stay with the hotel because of my experience. I let them know it was filthy and all I was leaving to hotel next door and all they said was “ok” The only thing good about my experience is the girl helping me get a refund and helped me as quickly as she could

I booked this place specifically so I could take my 2 boys to swim and get in the hot tub with my wife… well when I get here, the out of order sign is on the front desk, AND the hot tub is out of order too! Then the ac unit didn’t have any knobs on it to turn it on so I had to have them move us to a different room! This place was crap. 0/5 stars

Poorly ran hotel with bait and switch tactics

My recent stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare and a complete disaster from start to finish. Upon checking in, I was mistakenly assigned to a room already occupied by guests engaged intimately (nude and going at it), along with their distressed tiny dog. The room reeked of marijuana and was visibly filthy as they had been there a while. After enduring a slow elevator ride back down to the lobby, I received replacement keys that did not even work. Returning again, I learned from another guest—not the staff—that the pool was closed, information deliberately omitted from their website to not impact bookings. The overwhelmed desk clerk, instead of offering an apology, openly blamed management for being understaffed and poorly run. When I finally got a room, it was not like the photos and filthy: the laminate floors were stained with unknown substances, the toilet seat was disgustingly marked with urine and red stains, and the bed linens had footprints from shoes. The main light didn't work, and cleanliness was clearly not a priority. Breakfast was equally bad—missing basic necessities like plates, limited food, and a broken juice machine. Throughout this ordeal, not once did the staff show genuine concern. Clearly, this hotel suffers from chronic understaffing, negligent management, and a blatant disregard for guest satisfaction. Avoid at all costs until they dramatically overhaul their practices and stop scamming unsuspecting customers.

Good value and good room

The room was clean and seemed to have been redone recently. I got a good night's sleep and that's what is important to me. The complimentary breakfast was fine.

It was in convenient area. Place was under construction, we checked on reservation a couple days before we arrived, was told nothing. Could not use indoor pool or Hot Tub. First room we were given was right next to all the construction and NOISE! Had to request a different room. We asked our room to be cleaned each day, it was only cleaned 2 of the 7 days. We had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper. I would never recommend this Motel to anyone!!!!

We stayed in room 308, the bathtub was in disrepair, all found used soap on shelf in bathtub. The drawers in the tv stand are dirty with loose change and garbage. Painters. Tape around the abandoned thermostat on wall. Very disappointing

The room was clean , well stocked with towels bath soap shampoo and conditioner lotion . Complimentary breakfast was nice . However the market prices were outrageous, two mini bags of chips and a soda for $14 is crazy. They only have one washer and dryer for a huge hotel. Thought that was weird. I did not appreciate that there were 7 small kids in the hot tub at night and the morning so I didn’t get to enjoy that amenity and I was really looking forward to it .

The hallway smelled terrible like glue or something and it was lingering in the room. Half the pool was blocked off so very crowded in the pool. I had to keep contacting the front desk because of issues in the room including our tv blacking out. The front desk employee however was very nice.
