Breakfast was decent but pancake maker was out of order every day of our stay. Why leave it out if it doesn’t work? Front desk was frequently unattended. When we asked if our grandkids could come over and swim we were lectured about room size and fire hazards. Just wanted to know if we could get the “required” wrist bands for swimming pool. We gave our wristbands to the kids and no one out of 30 or so people had a wristband in the pool. We needed towels replaced in our room. Asked housekeeping who said we had to go ask front desk. No one there again. Called and was told they would let housekeeping know. Came back later and nothing was replaced. Everyone had a Strive for Five on their uniform but lots of work needed for that success. Stayed here in the past with no issues. After this stay we will probably go elsewhere in Cincinnati area.

Great Service!

When we arrived there was an issue with our room. It was booked through a 3rd party and our reservation was booked as the night before (Friday) even though on our confirmation it was for Saturday. The Manager got to work immediately and worked with us to get the situation taken care of!

Pictures of the property online do not match it in person. It's not very clean, pool was nasty, firetables weren't operational. Breakfast we were told ends at 10 we showed up just before 9 and they were cleaning up and missed pretty much most of the food because they close at 9.
