The ladies were all wonderful! From front desk, to kitchen, to the cleaning staff! I was asked if I had a specific floor that I wanted… I told her anything close to the pool, we had the room right next to the pool, which was awesome! The pool was great. That’s what we were mainly came for! We had an amazing time as a family

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Shower was great. The recliner in the room was really comfy. My only complaint was the carpet in the room. Carpet was 12 inch squares and it needs replaced. Some of the corner’s were getting loose. And I kept tripping on them. everything else was great. We had a good time. And Will definitely recommend to others. And you can’t beet the low price.

Genuinely one of the best stays I’ve had in a while! We took our anniversary trip to Cincinnati and stayed here. The location’s extremely convenient. They staff was also amazing! They were all super friendly. Break fast was good in the morning. Definitely better than most hotel breakfasts. It’s not a 5 star restaurant so don’t have your hopes up but it was good and didn’t make us sick! The pool was large and the adult hours are amazing! Our room was clean, and so was the bathroom. The romance package is definitely worth booking as well. Got a bath and body work set out of it as well! Highly recommend this place!!!
