Wonderful Location in Cincy Mt. Adams Spacious Accomd.

Terrific location and exceptional house. Beds are terrific. Very much appreciate properly stocked with hangers, paper towels, TP, towels. Location in Cincy is terrific for night life and culture being near to Play House in the Park and museum and very close to downtown. Parking can be a challenge as for all properties in this area.

Great spot for 3 couples! Each bedroom was spacious with really comfortable beds. Would highly recommend. We avoided the garage. It’s tight for a large SUV so we parked on the street in front of the house as another option.

Birthday gathering went great, more spacious than photos!

Hello. Our stay went wonderfully. We had 13 people stop over during the evening, the place is more spacious than the photos give it credit! Only 8 stayed the night - with plenty of room! Beautiful, clean, a few minor things were broken going in - So I just took a few pictures just in case so we were not considered at fault. The owner is very quick to communicate & answer any questions. All the guests said we will keep this spot in our Vrbo future rentals! Thank you for a great time! It is a safe area too, with security cameras as well. This made us as a group of girls few better about renting here!

Nice home in an excellent neighborhood

This home was very nice, clean and spacious. The neighborhood was excellent with a park right across the street, awesome restaurants within a short walk and very easy access to downtown. One issue with the house was that the garage was unusable with our van. The slope of the short driveway made pulling into and out of the garage nearly impossible. We never had issues finding street parking nearby however. Overall, would absolutely recommend this location for anyone with a family.

Amazing house in Mt Adams

The pictures don’t do this property full justice, it is incredible!! So spacious, 3 large bedrooms each with their own bath. Two separate living areas, a backyard and two decks! You can walk right into Mt Adam’s and the park is across the street. We were thrilled with it! Drew was also extremely responsive to any questions.

Not worth the money

Only reason giving this 2 stars instead of 1 is Drew was very responsive and attentive. But would not stay here again. And def not worth the $$. Immediately when arriving we noticed a sewage smell throughout the main floor. Also, floors were never cleaned before we arrived. Debris throughout. Kitchen was continuously swarmed by army of ants lined out from deck on both fridge side and trash can side, so whatever was spilled by previous tenants was never cleaned well. A simple mopping would've prob sufficed. Even after bringing this to Drew's attention and the property was "cleaned" the floors and rugs were still not. And the ants continued to come in the remainder of our stay. On top of all this, the smoke alarm in the master BR began chirping every 30secs at 2am. Not owners'/mgmt fault, but could not find stepladder or 9v batteries anywhere, so had to balance on back of chair to pull out battery, which didn't stop the chirping, and so we switched rooms to try to get back to sleep and had to turn on box fan to try to override the constant chirping. We ended up leaving a night early on our 2-night stay. Also just fyi, the garage is the steepest grade garage I've ever seen! If you're driving a car, good luck not scraping! We should've just got a hotel room...

The perfect house and perfect location for a first timer in Cincy!

To start- Mt Adams is the perfect neighborhood to explore the city from. It is beautiful and historic with bars & restaurants (and ice cream!) within easy walking distance but at the same time it’s quiet and away from the hustle-bustle. The house is the perfect size for one or two families. Every bedroom has a bathroom and a balcony. Including the lower level garage there are 4 stories with stairs. If you have little ones or pets you should bring baby gates. Host was very communicative and responsive to messages. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was amazing! The only issue would be parking because we had big cars but we found street parking with no problem. The beds were comfortable the balcony at every level gave a luxurious feel for all our guests. The kids loved thier apace at the top floor with their own living room and balcony.

Family Gathering

Beautiful property in the heart of Mt. Adams. Restaurants easy walking distance. On-street parking easy. The home is meticulously maintained with new and fresh linens, bedding, and nice furnishings. Kitchen is fully outfitted. The host was prompt throughout, answering our questions even before we booked, through our checkout. We will definitely book this property again. Highly recommend!

Very relaxing stay.

Everything within the property was high quality. Soft beds, clean floors, kitchen fully stocked with everything you need. The only drawback was when we arrived there was a lot of trash in the garage which made the property smell and have fruit flies, but once the trash was removed the fruit flies slowly started going away. The property is conveniently located next everything you need grocery stores, gas station, drugstores, shopping centers, and access to a lot of restaurant delivery places. You would think because the garage has a downward slope it'll be hard to park but it was quite easy. I was able to get a very large truck in and out of the garage with ease. The owner and property keeper were available and accessible when needed and overall respectable. I would definitely rent this Airbnb again next season.

Amazing house!

This rental was one of the better I’ve stayed at! Host was a great communicator too! Beds were VERY comfortable and the furnishings were top notch. Could use some kitchen towels and the outdoor chairs are missing cushions but the host confirmed they are on backorder so understand that! I would definitely rent here again!
