The only lady we had contact with was at the front desk and she was very nice. Ivery accommodating. Problem is the hotel needs to shut down. It was probably only eight guests in the entire building that evening. Our room had several dead roaches in the bathroom one of the two TVs wasn’t working. We were remotely placed around the backside of the hotel. I was concerned about security. I didn’t wanna leave my car there overnight. We decided to leave about 830. I called the hotel front desk and told him we were leaving the keys.

Our first impression was that the hotel was deserted. Only very dim lights in the lobby and hallways. Ripped upholstery on lobby furniture. Ceilings with water damage. Stained upholstery in our room. Our room was not at all as described. Had no refrigerator or microwave as in the description. The front desk clerk brought some to our room. Both were damaged - looked like frat house hand me downs. Would not stay here again.

Our door key never worked.We must have been downstairs ten different times, the hotel is literally a maze and huge... None of the ice machines worked, and there was absolutely zero options for breakfast.Just cold cereal, juice and yogurt...

The hotel seems barely functional. The ice machines are all broken, Beth faucets won’t shut off, stairway carpet is patched with duct tape, complimentary breakfast is only cereal and yogurt, and the exterior is overgrown with weeds . It appears 75% of the facility is shut down for various reasons
