LOVE THESE CLEAN NICE ROOMS! Anytime I come back to Cincinnati in the future, which won’t be long, I will only stay here. I am so impressed with the new renovations. Wow. Everything in the room was perfect. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

This was a great place to stay while visiting Kings Island and it would be hard to find better for the price. It is right across the interstate and you can see the park from the hotel. Our rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was great and the pool was clean and the perfect water temperature. We had a great stay here and will definitely look to stay here again the next time we visit the park.

Honestly not bad for a last minute booking. Would I stay again? Probably not. Do I regret staying? No. The air conditioning kicked which was nice. There was some sort of odor in the room? Unsure of what it was but it wasn't very pleasant. There were some unusual stains on the wall and little handprints on the window that were a bit unsettling. Great place to stay on a budget

Nice budget friendly hotel...Room was clean and ready upon my arrival.... It's close to Kings Island and the tennis stadium... Located just off the highway ( there is traffic noise, but not annoying ) Plenty of places to go nearby.... Definitely not a high end hotel, but if you need a clean,no frills, cheap hotel....then this is the place for you... Definitely will be my 1st choice, if I need a place to stay on my next visit to the area.

Very nice stay. All met or exceeded expectations for the price we paid. The property was a little older, but well kept, no bugs( i ALWAYS check the beds!), literally EVERYTHING worked, eg; t.v., air, fridge, iron, and the staff was great. 1 weird thing, not a negative, was that the doors to the rooms were on the putside, so no inside access to m your room. Again, not a negative, just different. Breakfast was better than normal although much the same as any other breakfast as gar as offerings. Would DEFINITELY STAY AHAIN, especially as it was 20.yards away from a PERKINS!
