The most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed. We woukd have been more comfortable sleeping on the ground in the parking lot than on the poor excuse for a mattress. Would not recommend to an animal - also sketchy people drinking in front of our room breaking beer bottles on the concrete. Scary experience. Not worth a nickel.
My room was dirty. The shower curtain looked like it hadn't been changed in over a year and had crusty red fungi clinging to it. The bathroom too was overall hard to believe in terms of a franchise with a recognizable name. It looked like it was some kind of utility room turned into a bathroom but keeping the industrial drains--ugh I cringe thinking about it. The bed was creaky and uneven. The sheets and towels were mercifully clean. The furniture was old, worn, mismatched. The walls had many dirty spots, even stickers people had put on them over time. I put up with it but don't plan to stay there again.
First off, I was a Marine for a number of years and have slept in dirt. This hotel is not fit for normal human beings. Trash was left from the previous tenant, including drug prescriptions and food, black mold all over the room. The mold was easily smelled. They came in and turned off the A/C when we were gone the smell was great. The front desk could care less about any of your concerns. It took two days for the fridge to work, we had to clean it out ourselves because of some substance on the bottom.
Room didn’t have any towels, went downstairs and asked the front desk for towels they said I could only have one.
The room smelled of mold, found multiple spots of mold growing

I paid for a king size bed, when I went to check in I was told that room wasn’t available anymore, and got put in a smoking room that had two small beds which is not what I paid for, when I asked about getting some sort of a credit due to the room change he told he couldn’t do anything and to have a nice day. Very unkind, unhelpful, poor customer service.
