I have always liked that the hotel offers the upstairs/downstairs. The rooms are always clean and stocked. Its always quiet. The staff has changed since the last time I was there. The check in person I did not care for but the check out person was a lot nicer.

Washers broke, locked with our clothes inside and it took us 3 hours to do laundry. There was a bug in our kitchen. The drapes won't stay closed. The lights in the bathroon did not work.
