1. Put all dishes in the dishwasher and start (Dishwasher pods are under the kitchen sink).
2. Take out all trash (trash cans are located in the court yard off kitchen).
3. Adjust temperature to a reasonable number with fan on auto.
4. Secure property.

Some thought went in to this listing. Plenty of space ( interior and exterior ). Nice off street parking, well equipped kitchen.
