The blankets had cigarette burn holes. ...in a non smoking room. Lol & the housekeeper just opened our door at 930am and walked in....thankfully we were decent....but thats an issue....she didnt knock or anything just walked in.

The room was clean. When you shower the tub was clogged. It took along time to drain. So the next person had to wait for the water to go down and then clean the tub.

The room stunk badly of cigarettes and the blankets and sheets had burn holes all over. The shower was disgusting and you couldn’t change the water temperature. The towels had hair all over them. This was the absolute worse hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We checked out the next morning.

The first room we were given had roaches. I went back to the front desk and told them and they moved us to the next building over to another room. The second room electronic key lock didn't work right, but inside did have a deadbolt. The room was connected with the room next door and that room did not lock from our side. The sheets and towels all look like they were clean but needed to be bleached, just looked dinge. I also found food still in the refrigerator. The tiolet seat was so loose i almost fell off it. It was so late and i was tired so we stayed. We checked out the next morning, a day early, due to these issues. I told the front desk about all of ut and ge didn't seem to really care.

The Stay Was Terrible The Rooms Were Dirty We Found Bed Bugs & Roaches In Our Room. We Had To Leave All Of Our Belongings There Because Of The Bed Bug Matter. The Staff Are Really Rude & Racist Hospitality Was Horrible Wouldn’t Recommend Unless you want bet bugs or roaches in your luggage.
