Not very friendly desk staff after a long drive is not what I expected. The hotel seemed cheap for lack of a better term. They would not even sell us water! The room was small, but relatively comfortable.

This hotel was very clean, and service was friendly. I would stay here again.
We attended a concert across the river in Newport Kentucky at Mega Corp Pavillion. Tru Hilton was approximately 20 minutes from the venue.
