I like how new it is. The pool is usually a little warmed but since it was only 5 degrees outside I can't really complain about that. My daughter has Down Syndrome and the woman who checked us in was very sweet to her. Treated her like the adult that she is. She even interrupted me, telling me to wait because my daughter was asking a question. We've stayed there before and will stay there again.

It is definitely bare bones but acceptable accommodations for an inexpensvie price. No refrigerator or coffee maker or even water bottle in the room (you can get water at sign-in if you are a member I think). All else seemed good. But we only stayed one night.

Second Stay happy both times.

Rooms are clean, great management and decent breakfast and food purchase options. Hotel can be noisy, (juvenile sports teams) but they do enforce quiet hours after 10 Centrally located in Cincinnati with direct access to freeway and Dayton.

Great stay

We stayed four nights. The property was beautiful and clean, the receptionists were friendly, and the breakfast varied and was great. The only negative was that the room had a very thin comforter and no extra blanket so we found ourselves constantly adjusting the heating gauge on the wall.
