Hotel was neat looking. Staff was great. Cleanliness was average. Bed was very hard. Lots of noise around as they are doing construction on building across street. Overall, if a lower price, I would consider staying here again.

Old & outdated..sheets weren’t clean so the put us in a suite with the whirlpool & those sheets weren’t clean either, the whirlpool also didn’t work.

Loved the property. Maybe a 5 minute walk from where I needed to go. I called the front desk for someone to help zip up my dress and she came quick! They only offer valet parking though. Had great mocktails as well and the chicken sandwich was fire. I’d stay there again.

Our whirlpool tub would not drain and was dirty. The toilet would not flush and was about to overflow. I called the front desk and waited an hour. No one came. We went to the front desk and spoke to a manager who sent us up a really young "engineer" who's solution was to just shut off our water and not come back. 12 hours with a non flushing toilet. Absolutely ridiculous. Stopped at front desk the next morning and was assured I would get a refund and that has not happened.

I like the lion, stairs, furniture, artwork, wooden circle chairs, and overall customer service. Intelligent coffee is excellent. The lions look better in person than photos.
