* Guest Verification: As per building policy, all guests over the age of 18 must provide a government-issued ID after booking.

IMPORTANT: Failure to complete this required step will result in a canceled reservation with no refund.

• Building includes security cameras & noise monitoring.

• No Smoking. Subject to $500 fee.

Parking is not provided by the building.

A&D Parkhaus Garage(1123 Sycamore st) and Keene's Parking(1110 Sycamore st) are both a 1 minute walk from the building.



SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:



Sleeping Arrangements: We provide all bedding and linens for the beds. If you plan to use the couch for sleeping, please bring your own additional bedding.



Interaction with Guests:

We respect our guests' privacy. We are always available by phone and responsive via the booking platform messenger if you have any questions or need assistance during your visit.
