This exceptional holiday rental offers 3 apartments within the residence, set in a sunny, elevated position in the countryside, approximately 10 km from the centre of Cinigiano and 50 km from the sea. The farm is a fully operational agricultural estate producing high-quality wine, oil, pasta, cured meats, honey, and legumes, and is home to native breed animals including the Cinta Senese pig, the Maremmana cow, Apennine sheep, the Amiatino donkey, and a variety of courtyard animals. Guests have access to a shared garden, a generous swimming pool, and complimentary Internet Wifi, making "Le Calle" a destination that seamlessly combines authentic rural living with a welcoming and comfortable stay. Upon arrival, you will find a free company product as a warm welcome from the owners.

The owners of "Le Calle" organise visits around the farm aboard an entertaining "agribus," offering an engaging and educational experience for all guests. Once a week during the months of June through August, a dinner is offered featuring the excellent products of the farm, which are also available for purchase in the on-site shop. A reception is available within the residence, and a washing machine is provided for shared use among guests. Parking is available directly on the premises. Unit Layout

"Bandiera" is a charming 3-room vacation rental apartment spanning 90 m2 across 2 levels, situated on the 2nd floor of the building, and designed to comfortably accommodate a maximum of 6 guests. The apartment is spread over 2 upper floors, each thoughtfully arranged to offer both functionality and a bright, tasteful atmosphere throughout.

On the 2nd upper floor, you will find a welcoming living room featuring 1 double sofabed, an open-hearth fireplace, and a television. From the living room, you have direct access to a balcony. Adjacent to the living area is a fully equipped open kitchen complete with a dining table, ideal for shared meals. This floor also includes a shower room fitted with a bidet and WC.

On the 3rd upper floor, the sleeping quarters are distributed across 2 bedrooms. The first is a double bedroom with characterful sloping ceilings, furnished with 1 double sofabed and equipped with air conditioning.
