The house consists of 3 units each with its own portion of independent garden. The first unit consists of an apartment of 60 square meters at street level, the second apartment (private) is located on the ground floor where there is also a third unit consisting of a 25 square meter one-room apartment. The apartment can be rented individually or together with the single room on the floor below. This solution is ideal for hosting two couples of friends or a family with grandparents.
The cottage has a common laundry area with sink and washing machine.

The apartment consists of a living room with a large window overlooking the sea, a double bedroom and a bathroom. It can accommodate up to 4 people in a double bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people. It has a bathroom with shower, a perfectly equipped kitchen area, a balcony and a garden for exclusive use with a parasol, table, armchairs and garden beds.
