Unterkunft war sehr enttäuschend.

Die Bilder und Bewertungen im Internet haben wenig mit der Unterkunft vor Ort gemeinsam. Was toll war der reibungslose Check in, den eine sehr freundliche Nachbarin aus dem Dorf für die Vermieterin übernommenen hat. Ebenso wie der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse aufs Meer (die Möbel, die hier zur Verfügung gestellt werden sind aber ein Witz). Die Betten bzw. die Matratzen sind gefühlte 30 Jahre als, die Federn bohren sich überall hinein und man bekommt Rückenschmerzen. Bettdecken gibt es auch nicht wirklich, nur dünne Tagesdecken und wenn einem kalt ist hat mal die Wahl zwischen frieren und unzähligen muffigen Wolldecken. Wenn es stark regnet tropft das Regenwasser unten in der Küche an dem einen Fenster durch die Wand/Decke, was auch schon sichtbare Rückstände in Form von Schimmel und/oder großen dunklen Verfärbungen hinterlassen hat. Wir sind 3 Tage früher als geplant abgereist...das sagt ja eigentlich schon alles. Wir können diese Unterkunft wirklich keinem empfehlen, es scheint so, als ob hier schon einige Zeit nichts mehr investiert wurde...sehr schade.

Hervorragende Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber...sehr nett 😃 Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Allein die Lage. Ein paar Schritte zur Dorfmitte. Dort gibt es einen kleinen Lebensmittelladen, wie Friseur, Apotheke und eine ganz tolle Bar, wie Restaurant mit sehr netten Personal. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Von da aus, einige Meter gibt es eine Pizzaria. Wir sind total zufrieden mit unserem Urlaub dort. Wir kommen gerne wieder 👍😁😄

Vue imprenable, maison typique dans village animé

Maison confortable. Tout le premier confort est présent. Vue imprenable depuis la petite terrasse à l’étage. La maison se situe dans une ruelle du village. Il est plutôt facile de trouver des places au cœur du village sinon il y a toujours des places tout en haut du village (ancien stade je pense) et il faut ensuite redescendre (ou monter ) par les ruelles. C’est magnifique et ça fait faire bin peu d’exercice. Propriétaire sympathique, arrangeant et très facile d’accès (par watsapp me concernant ) Cipressa est un petit village animé. Le restaurant sur la place est juste excellent. Il faut impérativement une voiture pour se déplacer et aller sur les belles plages de la côte ligurienne (comme indiqué environ à 5 km) Pour les amateurs de vélo l’endroit et toute la région est fabuleuse. Concernant internet, les téléphones, nous avons capté parfaitement les données cellulaires dans la maison. Je recommande sans aucune hésitation cette maison !

Gerne wieder!

Stadt-Haus mit schöner, geräumiger Küche und 3 Schlafräumen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und verfügt über einen tollen Gasherd. Es gibt eine Dachterrasse mit herrlichem Ausblick. Cipressa selbst ist ein quirliges Bergdörfchen mit einem gemütlichen Bar-Restaurant sowie einer Pizzeria. Hier findet man schnell Anschluss. Es gab auch häufiger Live-Musik. Aber es gibt auch eine Apotheke, eine kleine Drogerie sowie einen kleinen Sparladen. Für die Kinder gibt es einen Fussballplatz mit Flutlicht. Zum Strand kommt man mit dem Auto in ca 10 min. Gewöhnungsbedürftig war, insbesondere für die Teenager, das fehlende W-lan. Zusammenfassend hatten wir aber alle einen sehr schönen Urlaub!

Levede fuldstændig op til forventningerne.

Fin beskrivelse af feriebolig. Alt fungerede som det skulle, fin beliggenhed i Cipressa og ren og vel vedligeholdt feriebolig. God service fra udlejer. Boligen kan klart anbefales. God restaurant på torvet i byen og fin lille købmandsforretning ligeledes på torvet. I byen er der også frisør, bar, bladkiosk, apotek og endnu en restaurant. Der er ca. 10 min. kørsel til gode stranden ved San Lorenso.

Tolles Haus für einen Kurzurlaub

Wir waren bereits zum 4. Mal in dem Haus, es gibt insgesamt 4 Schlafzimmer (2x Doppelbett 2 x Einzelbett) und 2 Bäder / WC´s. Das Haus ist nur ca. 1 Gehminute von der Dorfpiazza entfernt. Ausstattung ist nicht gerade üppig aber ausreichend. Das Haus ist sauber und gepflegt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Leider sprechen die Vermieter nur italienisch.
