In the district of Aregai 2.5 km from the centre of Santo Stefano al Mare, on the outskirts, 3.5 km from the centre of San Lorenzo al Mare, 8 km from the centre of Imperia, in a secluded, sunny position on a slope, 500 m from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. Private: large, well-kept terraced garden, 600 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden. Outdoor shower. Stepped path to the house. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises, single garage at the house. Shop 2.5 km, supermarket 800 m, restaurant 2.5 km, bus stop 100 m, railway station "Imperia" 7 km, sandy beach "Santo Stefano al Mare" 2.4 km pebble beach 500 m, indoor swimming pool 7 km. Marina 1.7 km, golf course (18 hole) 18.5 km, cycle lane 100 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. Main road 100 m from the property.

Ferienhaus

Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Ein sehr schönes Haus und tolle Lage mit Sicht auf Hafen und Meer. Leider war das Wetter kĂŒhl und wir konnten die Terrasse wenig nutzen. AusflĂŒge dem Meer entlang mit Fahrrad oder Auto.

Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet und bietet einen sehr schönen Ausblick auf das Meer. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Der Vermieter ist ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Mann. Das Haus ist sehr empfehlenswert!

Vacaciones en familia con niños y perros

La ubicación de la casa es impecable y permite no usar el coche. La playa mås cercana se alcanza en 7 minutos andando. La casa es espaciosa, luminosa, bien equipada y apta para niños y mascotas. Los dueños, encantadores, estån al lado para ofrecer soporte pero sin invadir nunca los espacios. Sin duda alguna intentaremos repetir las vacaciones en este lugar tan acogedor que nos ha permitido disfrutar de vacaciones en familia y con perros.

Unkomplizierte und freundliche Über- und Abgabe, sehr sauber, gerĂ€umig, toller Garten mit Grill, das Haus ist eingezĂ€unt, was perfekt war fĂŒr unseren Hund, Stand nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, ca. 2km ausserhalb des nĂ€chsten Dorfes, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Wir verbrachten 12 Tage mit unserem Hund in diesem Haus, es war sehr gepflegt und die Ausstattung bestand aus sehr stilvollem Echtholzmöbel was sehr gepflegt war, die Vermieter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend und bei Fragen sofort zu Stelle was trotz mangelnder Italienisch Kenntnisse gut funktionierte. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist einfach ein Traum und mit Hund ist das GrundstĂŒck ideal.Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Ein tolles Haus mit hohen Deck...

Ein tolles Haus mit hohen Decken, traumhafte Terrassen, 2 gerĂ€umige Schlafzimmer (1 allerdings mit Null–Aussicht) und ein großes Wohnzimmer mit einer bequemen Leder Schlafcouch. KunstbĂ€nde (auf italienisch), Porzellan, antike Automodelle.. Das einzige Minuspunkt war die KĂŒstenstrasse, die schon doll zu hören ist. Nachts schlĂ€ft man mit geschlossenen Fenstern. Wir hatten GlĂŒck und es herrschte auch Ende Oktober Badewetter – tlw. bis zu 25 Grad Luft bei 21 Grad Wasser. Die nahe gelegene kleine Badebucht war eigentlich die gemĂŒtlichste, SandstrĂ€nde in Santo Stefano waren eine EnttĂ€uschung. ... war ein netter Gastgeber und liess uns komplett in Ruhe :) Beim Auschecken war er ebenfalls total entspannt. FĂŒr Hunde und Kinder war das Haus MEGA. Spielen, Verstecken, toben.. wir haben alle kaum gesehen )). Dabei sicher eingezĂ€unt. Die KĂŒche war toll ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts. Riesen Garage mit Hohen Decken, wo man das Strandzeug lagern konnte. Alles in allem – super. Wir sind sehr zufrieden. Reisetipps:Lidl in 3–4 km Entfernung, wir haben jedoch immer CONAD in Arma di Taggia aufgesucht, ist riesig. Dort gibt es auch eine gĂŒnstige Tankstelle.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus! Fanta...

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus! Fantastischer Blick direkt vom Schlafzimmer direkt auf Meer und den Hafen von Santo Stephano. Helle, hohe und große RĂ€ume (daher auch erhöhter Heizbedarf). Überall Steinboden – schön, aber kalt fĂŒr die FĂŒĂŸe und fĂŒr den Hund. AlsoHausschuhe und Decken / Kissen nicht vergesssen ;–)Die KĂŒche ist super ausgestattet – leider haben wir nur wenig Gebrauch gemacht.BettwĂ€sche wĂŒrde ich selbst mitbringen (Kissen, Zudecken).Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist nicht ganz leicht zu finden. Vermieter anrufen, sie stehen dann beim ersten Mal in der Einfahrt. Die bleibt ein Wagnis wegen des Verkehrs, der hier vorbeibrettert (ist aber sonst keine EinschrĂ€nkung, kein LĂ€rm).Die sehr schöne Terrasse mit direktem Meerblick liegt morgens im Schatten. Wir waren Mitte MĂ€rz dort, daher ohnehin noch etwas kĂŒhl fĂŒr die Nutzung. Muss aber ein Traum sein an warmen Sommerabenden.Vermieter wohnen im Haus darunter. Nett, aber unaufdringlich und eher (fĂŒr uns angenehm) distanziert.Kleiner Wehrmutstropfen: Die Gaspreise fĂŒr die Heizung. Bei um die 10 Grad Außentemperatur und gut beheizten RĂ€umen (21 Grad) hatten wir am Ende 175 Euro zu bezahlen. Reisetipps: Schöne StĂ€dte, insbesondere Alassio! AusflĂŒge in das Hinterland sehr lohnend – entlang der FlĂŒsse bis in die Berge. Sehr schöne Bergdörfer, in denen man regionale Produkte erwerben und gut essen kann. kompakter Marco Polo ReisefĂŒhrer Ligurien mit "Insider–Tipps" hat sehr gute Dienste getan.Fazit: Jederzeit wieder gern!

Sehr schönes gepflegtes Anwesen mit grandiosem Blick auf den Segelhafen in Aregai. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt und wĂŒrden es jederzeit wieder buchen. Nach der Beschreibung in den Unterlagen ist es leider nicht einfach zu finden. Wir empfehlen mit der Vermieterin einen Treffpunkt zu vereinbaren. Reisetipps: Linguiletta ist absolut sehenswert.

Ein sehr schönes Haus auf einem gepflegten Anwesen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wĂ€re auch fĂŒr eine Familie mit mehreren Kindern gut geeignet. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt! Reisetipps: FĂŒr Motorradfahrer bietet die Region etliche schöne Strecken, ĂŒber bekannte PĂ€sse, bis nach Frankreich rĂŒber.
