About this property
2 bedroom town centre apartment with mini terrace
Welcome to our cosy and stylish Airbnb, situated in the heart of the historic market town of Cirencester - the heart of the Cotswolds. Perfect for couples, families, or solo/business travellers looking to explore the beauty of the Cotswolds. This property offers a peaceful stay with easy access to historic towns, scenic walks, and everything the Cotswolds has to offer.
Fancy a relaxing spa day? Preferential discount at ‘The Spa in the Garden’ for all our guests.
This ground floor flat has a mini terrace which you will use to access the property.
There is a spacious and airy open plan living/dining area complete with comfy sofa which is also a sofa bed for an extra guest (or 2 in a cosy way!) and dining table/chairs for 6 guests.
The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher & washing machine along with all the utensils you would expect to find.
The bathroom is shower only, no bath and has Temple Spa products for your use.
The larger of the 2 bedrooms has a Super king / Zip & link bed which has the option to be made into a twin. Please just mention this upon booking with 72 hours notice so we can arrange for this ready for your arrival.
The smaller bedroom has a king bed, but it is quite snug on both sides of the bed. You can see the fit in the photos.
There is no parking at the property, however we are very close to two large public car parks.
The Beeches Car Park is a 4-5 minute walk and has a small charge of £3 for all day parking between 8am-6pm, 6pm-8am is free and all day Sunday is free parking too.
The Waterloo Car Park is almost across the road and is a 2 minute walk to the property. This is slightly more expensive for day time parking, 5 hours being £6.20 and 10 hours being £9.20. This car park is also free between 6pm-8am but charges also apply on Sundays.
The access to the flat is via the gate in the back yard. It is a green gate to the rear of the building and on the back door is an entry PIN code machine
The entry pin will be emailed separately to you after booking and before your arrival date.
Please use the PIN code to access the building. Flat 1 can be accessed via the rear back gate. Flat 2 can be accessed via the green front door to the front of the building.
In case of emergency, please contact the reception team at our sister property (The Stratton House Hotel & Spa) by using the contact number on the phone in the apartment.
