This ground floor apartment "Terra e Fuoco" includes the entire central area and the west wing of the house, the apartment "Acqua" includes the east west of the house. It is the ideal solution for families or couples of friends looking for a convenient solution to fully enjoy their holiday.

The carefully furnished environment of "Terra e Fuoco" includes a large and bright double suite with a small kitchenette, a large dining area and a living corner near the old fireplace which hosts a smart TV (the sofa can be used as single sofa bed if necessary). Through an internal corridor, literally carved into the rock on which the farm was built, you enter the second bedroom which includes two single beds (futon), a large table and a breakfast corner equipped with a sink kettle and a large bathroom with shower and bathtub. The apartment offers a further bathroom with shower and laundry room, with washing machine and dryer.

The "Acqua" suite is a large open-spacelocated on the ground floor of the east wing of the house, a perfect getaway for couples looking for a comfortable solution to fully enjoy their holiday. Spaces are carefully furnished and include a double bedroom with a four-poster bed, a large and bright fully equipped kitchen, the dining room with a large table and a comfortable bathroom with shower.

External area

The complex is set in a unique environment and offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding valley. Each unit has its own equipped outdoor area, however, guests can also enjoy and entertain themselves in the shared areas, including: the large shared panoramic terrace with dining area, a BBQ, the splendid salt water infinity pool (12x5 mt) and the bowling green in the rear garden.
