Case Graziani is an ancient country house located in Città della Pieve, between Trasimeno Lake and Chiusi (Siena) and between Umbria and Tuscany, which disposes of many comfortable and spacious holiday apartments. Couples looking for a romantic holiday or young families with children will find in this apartment all the comforts to spend a pleasant and relaxing holiday in Umbria, on the border with Tuscany. The furnishings are refined and comfortable thanks to the presence of air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher. TV, mini-stereo, telephone, wifi internet, safe, terrace. The apartment was created from the restoration of the former olive press, in fact inside it retains the typical floors with large wooden and brick beams. The house is wheelchair accessible and is equipped with a shower and toilet with grab bars.
Included: Hot and cold water, gas, bed linen, bath and kitchen towels (weekly change), swimming pool with jacuzzi (8×16 m, open from May to September), wi-fi, parking, barbecue area, playground for children and ping pong table, playroom for children with table football, fitness room, final cleanings.
Not included: Tourist tax 1,50 € per person for the first 5 nights (minimum 14 years old), cautionary deposit 200 € (in cash at arrival).
On request: Air conditioning 10 € per night, baby crib (including linen) 20 € per stay, Finnish sauna 10 € per person per hour (min 2 p., max 5 p.).
Late check-in and late check out: additional fee 50 €.
