Case Graziani is an ancient country house located in Città della Pieve, between Trasimeno Lake and Chiusi (Siena) and between Umbria and Tuscany, which disposes of many comfortable and spacious holiday apartments. Our location, on the border of Umbria and Tuscany, is perfect to start many daily excursions to the most stunning villages in Umbria and Tuscany: Città della Pieve, Perugia, Assisi, Panicale, Castiglione del Lago, Chiusi, Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino, Cortona, Arezzo, Siena.
Comfortable and spacious apartment with terrace and fireplace with 4 sleeping places, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It is the perfect accommodation for couples of friends or families with childrenwho want to spend a holiday in Umbria with all the comforts. There are air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, mini stereo, telephone, internet, safe, fireplace, covered veranda with table and chairs. The apartment was created from the restoration of the olive’s stowage room of theformer oil mill dated 1795, inside it retains the typical wooden beamed ceilingsand bricks.
Included: Hot and cold water, gas, bed linen, bath and kitchen towels (weekly change), swimming pool with jacuzzi (8×16 m, open from May to September), wi-fi, parking, barbecue area, playground for children and ping pong table, playroom for children with table football, fitness room, final cleanings.
Not included: Tourist tax 1,50 € per person for the first 5 nights (minimum 14 years old), cautionary deposit 200 € (in cash at arrival).

Late check-in and late check out: additional fee 50 €.
