Case Graziani is an ancient country house located in Città della Pieve, between Trasimeno Lake and Chiusi (Siena) and between Umbria and Tuscany, which disposes of many comfortable and spacious holiday apartments. The largest holiday apartment of the Case Graziani farmhouse in Umbria. It has 9 sleeping beds and offers three bedrooms with private bathroom, large living room, laundry, a terrace for outdoor dining and another terrace in one of the bedrooms. Perfect for families with children or for groups of friends looking for a relaxing and well-being holiday in Umbria at affordable prices. The furnishings are refined and comfortable, the apartment is bright with a beautiful panoramic view of the surroundings and the garden. There are air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, mini stereo, telephone, internet, safe. Palazzo 3 is the apartment that in 1795 gave the house its current appearance, always used as the family’s sleeping area, it is a large accommodation with the typical layout of ancient houses with the central living room from which you access the rooms.
Included: Hot and cold water, gas, bed linen, bath and kitchen towels (weekly change), swimming pool with jacuzzi (8×16 m, open from May to September), wi-fi, parking, barbecue area, playground for children and ping pong table, playroom for children with table football, fitness room, final cleanings.
Not included: Tourist tax 1,50 € per person for the first 5 nights (minimum 14 years old), cautionary deposit 200 € (in cash at arrival).
On request: Air conditioning 10 € per night, baby crib (including linen) 20 € per stay, Finnish sauna 10 € per person per hour (min 2 p., max 5 p.).
Late check-in and late check out: additional fee 50 €.
The swimming pool is open from may 1st to september 30th.
