La Villetta di Dante stands in a fantastic location surrounded by olive groves and with a breathtaking view stretching as far as the eye can see towards the hills of Chiusi. A charming residence of great class, the result of skilful restoration which has respected history, combining its old character with a touch of sober modernity. Pursuing this objective, the original layout of the old farmhouse, with the ground floor reserved as animal shelter, was maintained; traditional and recycled materials of good quality were used, such as the ceramic floor, the bedrooms and internal staircase in a beautiful mix of chestnut and oak, dark wood-beamed ceilings, which all blend together and lend a touch of elegance and charm to this splendid and welcoming, newly-constructed villa which was completed in 2019. The large room with lounge, dining area and kitchen is brightly lit thanks to the windows facing directly out to the garden and the pool. The bedrooms are traditionally furnished with particular details and are all equipped with every comfort and air conditioning. You will spend many unforgettable and relaxing moments in the beautiful, panoramic, salt-purified swimming pool, with hydromassage area and waterfall. La Villetta di Dante is just a few kilometres from Chiusi in Tuscany and from the beautiful and lively little town of Città della Pieve in beautiful Umbria, with churches and museums, rich in history and art and animated by cultural events. Just a short distance from the Autostrada del Sole (with the exit of Chiusi-Chianciano Terme just 15 km away), the house is located in a privileged geographical position which, although tucked away, allows you to get around easily to visit the beautiful towns of the Val di Chiana such as Montepulciano, Cetona or Chianciano Terme, the borghi of the nearby Val d'Orcia, such as Montalcino, Pienza, San Quirico, Castiglione or Bagno Vignoni and those of Umbria.
Interior
La Villetta di Dante has two floors. The main entrance on the ground floor opens into the open-plan living room with dining area and kitchen with central island. Two French windows give direct access out to the portico and the beautiful swimming pool. The ground floor is completed by two double bedrooms (one with divisible beds) and a bathroom with shower. From here a wooden staircase leads down to the laundry room. From the living room a beautiful stone staircase leads up to the first floor, directly to a double bedroom with a small romantic terrace and ensuite bathroom with shower. La Villetta di Dante is fully air-conditioned.
Park
The property of La Villetta di Dante is completely fenced-in and extends for about 2500 sq m, part of which is covered by a mainly flat, manicured lawn, all surrounded by a splendid olive grove. Outside the French window of the dining room/lounge/kitchen is a large pergola with wooden-beamed roof, equipped with benches, table and a mobile barbecue for outdoor dining or with sunbeds at the poolside where you can sip an apéritif or just simply lie comfortably in the sun in good company. In the evening the external lights set in various strategic places make the garden even more fascinating, both around the pool and in the rest of the property, in short, the ideal place to have dinner together while admiring the enchanting sunsets. Entrance to the property is via automatic gate and there is an open-air parking area with space for three cars..
Swimming Pool
The beautiful, panoramic, sand-coloured, rectangular swimming pool for exclusive use, only 6 m from the house, measures 5x10 m with the depth ranging from 1.20 to 1.50 m and has a salt purification system, Roman steps on one side for access to the water and both internal and external lighting.. There is a relaxing whirlpool area and an unusual waterfall. Around the pool is a 1.50 m-wide paved border equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds and there is also a hot and cold-water shower. The pool is open and available to guests from the last Saturday of April until the last Saturday of October.

Pets: Yes, only 1 of small or medium size. € 50,00 per animal per week to be paid on site.
