Villa Betta is located in the countryside of Città di Castello, in Umbria. Surrounded by a fenced garden with lawn and several plants, the property offers splendid views over the Umbrian landscape.
Among the outdoor spaces you will find: a wood-burning oven, a brick barbecue and a covered patio, equipped with dining table, ideal for having some alfresco meals with friends.
The villa also boasts a spacious parking area (10 uncovered places and 2 covered places), and a beautiful pool (6 x 12 m, depth 1.50 m), open from 1st May to 30th September, depending on the weather conditions.

Villa Betta is spread over 2 floors, can accommodate up to 8 people, has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. A baby bed and a high chair are available free of charge. Pets are allowed on request.
Ground floor: The ground floor consists of an open-space living area, furnished with: sofa, tv, fireplace, a wooden table for 4 people with chairs, another long wooden table for 8-10 people with benches, a kitchen (equipped with fridge, oven, hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and microwave).
Also on the ground floor there is a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with bunk beds.
First floor: The upper floor, reachable via a staircase, houses the sleeping area, consisting of 3 double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. One of the bedrooms has a canopy bed, and is also accessible from the outside through some beautiful stone stairs.
