The main house is subdivided in two self dependant apartments. Sant'Angelo is on the first floor and hosts six persons and with additional bed and sofa bed - 8 persons. Living/kitchen area with wooden beams, archway leads into dining/kitchen area, both access onto large terrace equipped with weber, awning and garden table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with dining table and seven chairs, cooker with four burners, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and all electric appliances. There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite with shower. Parking facilities within premises. Swimming pool 8 x 4 meters with large gazebo 6 x 4 meters, all enclosed. Heating paid upon consumption. Cautionary deposit to be paid on the day of arrival and shall be reimbursed on day of departure, if no damage. The property is surrounded by 3000 sqm of land which includes olive trees and various fruit trees, enclosed with remote control gates. Accommodation includes kitchenware, bed linen and towels. Wifi.
