The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Remove the garbage and put in garbage area - at the bottom of the hill - turn right. Garbage disposal is on Saturday morning at 8 a.m.
Strip all sheets and put into pile or into laundry. Same with towels.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
