Me dieron un cuarto y no había agua caliente, olía a sumidero, hasta el segundo día me cambiaron de habitación y ahí si ya había agua caliente, el agua de piscina siempre se veía sucia, pusieron químicos y no había señalización de que estaba fuera de servicio y/o en limpieza y el varón de servicio de salida bromeo de que no me podía ir hasta que vieran que estaban todas la toallas por si me llevaba alguna, de mal gusto.

En general las habitaciones y las instalaciones muy comodas. El personal de recepción que me recibió en la noche muy poco amable y atendió de mala gana. Me dijo que mi vehículo debía dejarlo en la calle porque no había espacio adentro por lo que ley ldije que no que habían carros mal estacionados por eso no cabíamos. En el restaurante también no te atienden de muy buena gana. Un plato chico de melon en $90 se me hace mucho comparado con otros restaurantes de la zona.

No era lo que esperaba la habitación doble (de acuerdo a la imagen era doble cama matrimonial) era solo una cama matrimonial y una individual. El check in decía de 3 a 6pm y nos hicieron esperar 30 min. Estába limpio, el servicio del restaurante muy bien igual que su personal. En general relación precio calidad está bien. Se puede mejorar la atención al cliente.
