La propiedad está descuidada, el elevador estaba fuera de servicio, no hay agua caliente en la regadera, mi reserva decía que tenía vista a la calle, y había una pared detrás de la ventana. La alberca estaba sucia y la tele de una de las habitaciones que reservé no se veía. Les doy un 10 de 10 al personal que labora en el hotel TODOS sin excepción son muy amables y serviciales.

Me entregaron la llave y no fueron claros sobre donde estaba la habitación. Tuve que darle la vuelta a la planta alta para luego preguntar a alguien que me encontré y me indicó el camino. La habitación en general bien pero una de las ropas de cama olía a que no se secó. No pude conectarme al wifi y nunca contestaron la llamada a recepción

No sirve el elevador, me tocó en el 4to piso y me tuve que chutar subiendo los 4 pisos con maletas, el estacionamiento insuficiente, debes dejar no de celular para que si tienes que mover el vehículo bajes a moverlo me tocó 2 veces y tuve que bajar desde el 4to piso a moverlo, mal olor en los baños. Poca presión de agua.
