Me hospedé por segunda ocasión en InHouse Ciudad del Carmen y tuve una experiencia muy agradable. Las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas y ofrecen todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda y relajante. La alberca es uno de los puntos fuertes: limpia, amplia y perfecta tanto para descansar como para pasar un buen rato. El gimnasio también está bien equipado, lo que permite mantener la rutina de ejercicio sin problemas durante el viaje. El restaurante superó mis expectativas, con platillos bien preparados y buen servicio. Además, el personal en general fue amable y atento en todo momento, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera aún mejor. Sin duda, es una excelente opción para quienes buscan comodidad, buenas instalaciones y un ambiente agradable. Lo recomendaría sin pensarlo.

La atención en el hotel es buena, la vista desde el área de bar lounge y alberca (en el último piso) es espectacular, dado que puede puede apreciarse el mar con una vista magnífica y buena parte de la ciudad. El único inconveniente que tuvimos es que en la única noche que pasamos en el hotel había un fallo con el servicio de televisión y telefonía que, según nos informaron, se debió a un problema del proveedor del servicio. La ubicación del hotel es adecuada, pues se encuentra a la entrada (o salida) de la ciudad, muy cerca del Puente Zacatal.
