The person that did my check out didn't returned my deposit. And when I went back to ask for it. A different person told me that it was marked returned. I ask for proof she showed me a check out pepper with a signature that wasn't mine. I ask her to compare the signature with the other documents I signed when I did the check in. But she said that it was nothing she could do. That the money was already returned to me. I ask for a supervisor. She said that there was no supervisor.

The customer service was amazing, very clean everywhere. The one thing i was not satisfied was the quality of the bed mattress. Very hard bed, would wake up with back ache. Everything else, amazing.
