The beach is beautiful and very large , could use a bit more cleaning by staff ,inside the property itself , walkways , common areas definitely need more cleaning. Restaurants were top notch quality of food . Overall the place exceeded my expectations

En general limpieza de la habitacion, trato del personal fue excelente, las albercas están muy bien solo que no es climatizada, tuvimos dos dias blades y estaba fría el agua de la alberca. Tiene fácil acceso à la playa y con camastros de parte del hotel. Otro detalle fue que me toco habitacion pegado a las escaleras y se escucha a mucho escandalo de parte de otros huespedes. Pero en general el hotel está excelente.

El hotel Está en remodelación así que la vista es gris. La habitación está amplia, falta mantenimiento, llaves de regadera y lavabo en mal estado pero en general limpio y cumple bien.

La atención del personal del área del club de playa no estuvo bien me dejaron esperando mucho tiempo para darme una carta hasta que tuve que insistir y luego para cobrarme también se tardaron mucho me dejaron esperando se hacían que no me veían. El área donde estaba la habitación estaba en construcción y se había descuidada. El hotel no está sobre la playa. Tiene que cruzar la avenida pero tienen un túnel para hacerlo el cuarto. No cuenta con cafetera ni Frigo bar, ni microondas. Generaría del club de playa. Estaban haciendo una construcción, pero se veía muy feo., porque a la parte queda hacia el mar, aunado a que en uno de los camastros no tenía techo. Estaba tirado en el piso durante toda la estancia..
