'Il Mulino' 2-Bedroom Apartment

This ground-floor apartment is accessed via a private iron gate. It features a private sun terrace overlooking the garden and pool. The architect-designed interiors offer every comfort. The entrance leads to an open-plan living room/kitchen with access to a terrace with ample space for al fresco dining. It features a double sofa bed, TV, and Wi-Fi. The master bedroom with a double bed has a walk-in closet and opens onto a balcony. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds. The modern bathroom with stone walls features a large shower.

Piazzetta Apartment (2 Bedrooms)

This apartment is located on the raised ground floor with private side access to the property. The kitchen has a dining table overlooking the garden. The open-plan living room has a sofa bed, TV, and Wi-Fi.

There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds, both overlooking the garden and valley. There is also a modern family bathroom.

Il Faudo Apartment (3 Bedrooms)

This three-bedroom apartment is located on the top floor and offers panoramic views of the garden and valley. The bright living room has a double sofa bed, TV, and Wi-Fi. There is also a modern kitchen with a dining table. The master bedroom overlooks Piazza Venezia. The second bedroom has two single beds, with the option of adding a third if needed. There is a modern bathroom with a bidet and large sink. The third bedroom is located in a separate annex in the garden, adjacent to the apartment, with a private entrance—ideal for teenagers. There is a mezzanine with two single beds overlooking the kitchen/living area, and features a private bathroom with shower and an outdoor terrace.
