This beautiful family house (max. 6 people) is located in Civitavecchia, Rome Lazio, just a few steps from the sea, in a quiet area, close to the promenade, restaurants, and clubs.
Perfect location: Located just a few kilometers northwest of Rome and bordering Tuscany, the island of Elba and Monte Argentario are just around the corner . The famous Lake Bracciano is just a few kilometers away.
From here, you can reach Sardinia by ferry or enjoy the stunning Lazio coast in Santa Marinella and the Santa Severa Castle that are just a few steps away.
In short, a perfect place in a central location between Lazio and Tuscany.

This place is located just a few minutes from the train station( trains to Rome run every 30mins and getting to the Vatican takes 45 mins) and the Civitavecchia harbor.

This fabulous house with 2 bedrooms and one sofa bed,has a great outdoor space with garden, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Rome area. Guests can enjoy the amazing amenities like AC, WiFi, and a washing machine and dryer, making their stay comfortable and convenient.
