The staff was amazing. They got us into the room early. We were able to walk to the train to go to Rome and Florence. The mattress on the bed is very thin and hard.if you have back issuses, not a place for you. This place served the purpose for us. We just needed a place to stay before our cruise.

Staff was super friendly. Location for our cruise was great. 13 minute walk with luggage to cruise bus stop to get picked up. Breakfast was toast, cheese, salami, yogurt, cereal, and coffee.
