Claudia was an outstanding host. The property is older, but it was very clean. It's in a very convenient location with a grocery store not far away and lots of restaurants. It was an excellent choice for the price.

If you are cruising from Civitavecchia, this hotel is ideally placed to stay before you board your ship. It is located centrally in the city with plenty of great restaurants nearby and is also close to the shuttle service from the city to the cruise terminal. The hotel is in an old building, but was very clean and comfortable. The staff made us very welcome and covered all aspects of our stay at check-in. Would certainly recommend this hotel to provide an easy time the day of your cruise departure.

Big spacious clean room. Room was quiet despite being in the center of town. Central location between train station and cruise shuttle drop off/pickup site. Lots of restaurants nearby. Claudia was an extremely gracious and helpful host. She was flexible and arranged breakfast to accommodate our excursion schedules. We stayed four days between cruises and having previously visited Rome, explored the surrounding countryside.

This is a cosy guest house with very friendly and helpful staff located in the city centre of Civitavecchia. It is within walking distance to the seaside promenade, Fort Michelangelo, cathedral and a delicious pizza restaurant nearby that offers freshly baked pizzas like Napoli Margherita pizza with Anchovies, wild mushrooms pizza. It’s so close to the cruise terminal which is a good option for travelers to stay for a few days before boarding the cruise ship. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and truly appreciate the personal service provided by Filippo and his lady coworker. We would definitely stay there again if we plan to visit Civitavecchia in future.

Fairly certain that this property was not opened for the season. We had to wait for about 15mins at the front door for the hotel manager to let us in. The room was not well equipped - amenities were almost non-existent. No way we could have stayed a second night. I was very happy to leave the next morning. Do better please.

I highly recommend this property! Not only do the hosts go out of their way to assist you with everything that you could possibly need during your stay (car service, restaurant recommendation etc), but when unexpected travel delays occurred our hosts made sure we would have access to the property and an easy check in at 3am!
