Gîte Tanins - CIVRAC EN MEDOC

In the heart of the Médoc region and its recent Regional Natural Park, between the ocean and the estuary, within a family-run wine estate whose vines are cultivated using organic farming methods, the Tanins cottage welcomes you for your vacation. You will stay approximately 2 kilometers from the village of Civrac Médoc, a small, typical village in the northern Médoc region. Housed in a former farmhouse, the cottage features a spacious and bright living room with a kitchen, dining area, and living room (sofa bed), a bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The accommodation is equipped with reversible air conditioning in the living room. The latter opens onto a private terrace with garden furniture. The accommodation has certain features to accommodate guests with reduced mobility. Bed linens are included in the price. Towel rental and end-of-stay cleaning are available (fee-based services). Upon reservation, you can also enjoy the services of the shared wellness area with spa and sauna (fee-based services: €40 for 1 hour, €70 for 2 hours). The cottage is housed in a farmhouse that includes guest rooms, the estate's reception office, private areas, and a shared wellness area. A campervan parking area is also available on the property (right of way in front of the cottage entrance, area set back from the buildings). Exterior landscaping is currently being finalized.
