We welcome you to our home from home caravan in clacton on sea. The town is only a 10 minute drive away or a regular bus service going to various locations just outside the park.
There is lovely pub restaurant only a short distance away, supermarket ect.

Highfield Grange is undergoing a refurbishment so before easter 2026 this will be completed.


This property has a Electric Fire and Central Heated throughout this property to keep you cosy and warm during your stay.

As a self-catering caravan you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a tall fridge freezer, a hob, a gas oven with 4 gas burners a 4 slice toaster, a kettle, and a microwave.
Dining area comfortably seating 4.
The caravan is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.


This caravan has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 8.

You are more than welcome to book with us in February and Mar. as there is a refurbishment to the park there is no amenities until March 27th. But the park is still open.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
Keysafe box code will be sent at 3pm on day of arrival.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Own parking space for 1 car only No parking on the grass

- Pets are allowed at the property. Only 2
- There is a cleaning fee of £30.
