Experience Clanton like a local in this fantastic 3-bedroom house. The bedrooms offer a king bed, a queen bed, and a twin bed, perfect for families or groups. With two bathrooms featuring refreshing showers, guests can start or end their day comfortably. The main bedroom has a king size bed with onsuite bathroom. Bathroom features a walk in spa like shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed with an open space big enough for an air mattress, pack and play or a play area for kids. The third bedroom features a twin size bed with enough space for an air mattress or pack and play. The second bathroom features a tub/shower combo. The front porch has a porch swing and a beautiful view where you can enjoy watching the sunrise. Relax on the back deck and watch the sun set and the kids play in the yard or start a fire in the fire pit and watch basketball fans play basketball in the driveway with a half court size concrete area and adjustable basketball goal. 2 stall carport has plugs for boat charging, an extra fridge for drinks, and a charcoal grill. The backyard has a small chain link fence for pets that might need to soak up some sun and fresh air while the family is enjoying some time in town or on the lake. Lake Mitchell public boat launch is approximately 7 minutes away and if you don’t have a boat, check out Lake Mitchell Marina for pontoon boat rentals(5 minutes away). All fast food, restaurants and shopping are within a 10 minute drive. Walmart delivery and DoorDash available. WiFi available, smart tvs in all bedrooms, bed and bath linens provided along with a starter supply of toiletries and paper products. Full laundry in dedicated laundry room and fully furnished kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and air fryer and stove.

Wonderful home. Very welcoming. Love the peaceful and quiet area, yet so close to everything. Home was very clean. Home was spacious. Kitchen has every cookware and dishes needed. Amazing patio with plenty of seating. Look forward to staying here in the future.
