-Please clean out the outdoor fire pit and grill if used. -Start a load of towels in the washing machine on the highest temperature setting.
-Please set the thermostat to the Cooling Function at 75 with fan on Auto in the Spring and Summer months, and set to 60, with heat on during Fall and Winter months
-Please advise if any beds/rooms were not used or if any damages occurred during your stay. Lastly, please inform us 1 day prior to checkout if you intend to leave before 10:00 am.

Lovely cabin and wonderful location! This cabin has everything you need and very clean. Loved the brand new washer and dryer, grill and fire pit. Justin and Ashley were very much a pleasure to work with checking in and immediate responses to any questions I had. Moccasin Creek state park is less than two miles away which was wonderful for us. This cabin would be great for a couple or family. It definitely gets the Johnson Family Approval for sure!!
