Relax with the whole family at this peaceful lake front cottage on popular Clarklake! This 3 bedroom, 2 full bath property has everything you need to make lasting memories at the lake!

During the summer, enjoy swimming right off the shore or dock, or rent/bring your own boat! The lakeside yard is large and flat for all kinds of summer fun. In the winter, enjoy ice skating or ice fishing, then warm up by the cozy gas fireplace. In the fall, the tree-lined street makes for the perfect walk or bike ride on the Spirit Trail, a 7 mile path that goes around the lake. No matter the season, there is always something to do here!

We are a pet-friendly property, and welcome your dogs (up to 2) for an additional fee.

If bringing a pet, it must be disclosed and additional Pet Policy needs to be completed. We allow up to 2 dogs, under 40 pounds each, for a $300 fee.
Parking is limited to 3 vehicles. There is a black line on the cement driveway to indicate property line.
With lake living, neighbors are close, so we ask that you respect their space and privacy. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.
