Cool could be a little cooler.

Out of the 4 days we stayed every day we had spider webs in the morning. After the 3rd day they cleaned the spider webs in the living room and then the next morning we ended up with one our kitchen. Pull out beds we're not clean underneath. Front desk lady of green hair made an unsolicited comment that we could not extend our stay any longer. We never asked her to extend our stay which was a kind of strange and rude comment to make. Second 2 nights cost about $40 extra per night. The price we were blamed because someone gave us an accidental upgrade? Still kind of confusing. Forgot to bring new towels. Laurie and the cleaning staff were really nice. Pool was dirty until Ryan cleaned. He was also very nice. Great location for restaurants. Front desk gentleman with long hair gave a great suggestion for El Rancho.

Starting with the room because it's the most important part-The door seemed like it had been busted through previously. It didn't seem very secure as in not a tight fit to the frame. The tub had mold in it. The lamp shades were filthy/stained (easy fix to make it look cleaner). Breakfast worked with choices.

clean, pleasant receptionist and everyone was really nice. shower pressure was amazing. breakfast was OK. beds were too firm and hurt my hips. truckers/construction workers were loud. Trucks idling, loud talking and doors banging, more of a truck stop then for a family
