Disliked: Cleanliness
It was a great location for easy access to groceries, gas, and the highway. There was a bit of confusion with the check in process as the owner initially gave us entry instructions for the wrong apartment. The owner was responsive and apologetic and it all worked out. I can't give more than an average rating though mostly because of overall cleanliness that was lacking and some things in the unit needing repair - broken towel bar, toilet running slow and needing the plunger a few times. We were disappointed to find dirty dishes in the dishwasher, dirty walls,stained couches indoors, and the outdoor surroundings littered with trash. The bed linens were clean though, and the beds comfortable. On a positive note, we did appreciate that the unit was quiet and the price was affordable. Just beware, you get what you pay for.

The location is off of Tiny Town Rd is across from the Speedway gas station. The place was okay. I would have like more lighting outside the premises and for the property around the premises to have been cleaned up. There was a lot of trash outside in the tree line. The beds were comfortable. This place needs a little tlc but overall, it was okay for the purpose of our in-town visit.
