Quiet neighborhood

Nice property, easy to find, really nice rental. Everything worked, when we called the manager he responded quickly. We would definitely do this again.

Great little place!

Came to town for our son’s return from deployment. Owner was quick to respond to any questions we had prior to our arrival. House was very clean and tidy. Perfect spot for our family’s needs.

Nice home and pleasant stay

Jimmys home is very nice. Had just what we needed. The bed was comfortable and the home was nice and cool for the hot days. He did have some deck furniture, but no cushions, but when I sat outsid I just took a towel to sit on. It was close to a lot of Stores and restaurants. I would recommend staying here and I would definitely go back. He was so easy to communicate with and was always quick to reply if I had a question.

Only @15 minutes from Ft Campbell where my son-in-law is station and less than an hour from Nashville. Older remodeled home, great water pressure and AC system. Really clean and great communication with host! We enjoyed our stay 👍

Vacation

The home is beautiful. It was just my husband and I, so we only needed and used one room. But the entire house was outfitted very nicely. And It would be a nice get a way for a larger family. The bathrooms and kitchen were outfitted with the basics necessities. Bath towels were provided. And the kitchen had all the basic appliances needed to cook meals if needed. There was also a washer and dryer in the home. The home is also located in an area where it is close to alot of things to do. That helped us, because We were able to do so much more on our visit. We really enjoyed our stay.

Celebrating Grandma birthday

My family always have a wonderful visit. A few things needed attended to. I informed the property manager. Over all it was close to seeing my family. May God continue to bless you and those staying in your vacation home. Please add a ladder for the bunk bed

The house is great! The place was clean and has a great set up. The bathrooms and bedding and towel were clean and smelled fresh so for me that’s always a good sign they take care of things. The house is in a good side of town and close to everything and good food. Would definitely rent again!!

Other then a minor error upon check-in the stay was excellent. The error upon check-in the owner forgot about the revolving door codes, but he immediately corrected the issue and there was never an issue afterward. Our next vacation to the area we will definitely try to get this place again!!!!

Adorable Little House

It was an adorable little house that was perfect for our week stay in TN. The property owner was fantastic at responding to any questions/requests we had. We highly recommend it and would stay there again.
