This house is close to downtown Clarksville with the master bedroom and bathroom downstairs. The master bedroom has a king bed with sheets, pillows, and blankets, including a walk-in closet. There is also a small dresser and plenty of space for hanging clothes. The master bathroom has linens in the closet and a hair dryer. The laundry room is located next to the kitchen and includes a full-size washer and dryer, including an iron and ironing board. There is also a half bathroom downstairs adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen and living room. The living room has a large television with WiFi access for streaming favorite shows, including a portable Bluetooth stereo with CD player, radio, and record player. The front porch is covered with rocking chairs. The backyard is fenced with a patio. Behind the back yard fence is a view of wooded trees. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with queen beds, sheets, pillows, and blankets. One upstairs bedroom has a walk-in closet with a dresser and plenty of space for hanging clothes, whereas the other bedroom has a traditional closet, including a dresser. There is also a full bathroom upstairs with linens. This house is near new in a quiet neighborhood with sidewalks for evening strolls. The house is approximately two miles from downtown Clarksville and a one-hour drive to Nashville. The Cumberland River, Liberty Park and Marina, FM Arena, and Austin Peay University are nearby. Also, Strawberry Alley is downtown, featuring restaurants like the Mailroom, Joe's Garage, Skyline 500 Bar, Strawberry Ale Works, and many more. Fort Campbell-Home of the 101st Airborne is about a 15-minute drive. This house is fully furnished, comfortable, and much better than a hotel room for a competitive price.
