**Late check out fees are $50/hr past 11am. We typically have same day check-ins so it is imperative to be checked out by 11am.

Please make sure to pick up behind yourself and throw trash outside in the bin before leaving. Please take all trash out of fridge when leaving- it will be a $75 removal fee.

Please make sure to only park in spaces 408 in front of our door and the other space is in the middle parking space numbered 408- vehicle will be towed if in other tenants space‼️

Please make sure all lights are turned off and all remotes are left on the bed/table.

Please only use black makeup towels and/or makeup wipes to remove makeup. Do not use white towels to remove makeup! You will be fined $10/towel & $5/wash cloth.

PLEASE READ -- LONG TERM stays (2+ weeks) are subject to an additional cleaning fee of $95 every 21 days to ensure the cleanliness of the space. We will add that into the total cost at the time of booking. All guests will have to sign a Short-Term Rental Agreement. This will be collected at the time of booking.
**NO MAIL will ever be accepted at this address, regardless of length of stay. DO NOT have anything shipped to the unit without prior permission. Guests must have host’s written approval prior to packages being shipped to home. Again, NO MAIL will ever be accepted at this address, regardless of length of stay.

This condo offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
