Welcome to Blue Bungalow on Brandywine, where the classic cottage meets modern style. This 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home has been completely renovated in 2024-2025. Located on Sylvan Beach you will be permitted access to the private beach as well as a shared dock space. With our guests in mind, this home was carefully curated by the owners of this lake house. Offering central heating and cooling, this home is available year-round. Step inside to find this modern lake house to relax and unwind. This home is within walking distance of the private beach and dock where you can soak up the sun, do a little fishing or play a game of cornhole. The owners of Sylvan Beach are the nicest people on the lake.

We offer 2 kayaks at the home.

When booking the property, we require a valid email address to send your rental agreement to, as well as a copy of the reservation holder's valid identification. To rent from Between the Lakes Vacation Rental, the reservation holder must be at least 25 years old.
